In honor of October being breast cancer awareness month, I'm doing my small part to support the cause. Those who know me know that I'm a hypochondriac. I swear if I sneeze funny I'm calling the doctor. While I'm more dramatic than most about my health, being healthy is something I take very seriously! I frequently self examine and I encourage all of you to do the same.
Additionally, I make a conscious effort to eat balanced meals, a whole lotta balanced meals, because hell I love to eat. And do something active every week!! Oh, just in case you're thinking it, no one is paying me to say this!! I want all ya'll to be healthy and live as long as you can. So when I'm an 80 year old blogger our old asses can still kick it haha.
But enough of that, you've taken in my health advice for the day. I wore this outfit to the Man Repeller's DC book signing. Can you believe this skirt is from H&M? I snatched that thing down so fast when I saw it, it was the last size 4 woot! Sometimes I'm in a delicate mood, and this was one of those days. Well that is, until the end of the night when I went stumbling into Jumbo Slice at midnight, slightly tipsy. The delicacy went out the window, more like drunkie lol. I had a fun night.
I shall leave you with some wise words....TOUCH YOURSELF....No really touch yourself. Early detection saves lives!!!
