Happy Monday yall!!! I'm well rested from my blogging break so I thought it'd be fitting for my first outfit post to be full of thrifted goodness. I really hit the jackpot with this cape, although the scent of mothballs singed my nose hairs...I wasn't about to let the horrid smell prevent me from buying it. It's so versatile and the tribal-like print had me sold. Just my luck I found this muff the same day, how perfect are they for each other??? When in doubt throw a belt on and hot damn we've got ourselves an outfit people, this one with a grand total of 20 bucks (minus the shoes) That's the beauty of the mindset when I thrift...I feel like I'm being challenged to find beautiful pieces I can use to mix, match, and create unique outfits. I also LOVE proving you can do that spending very little money. Don't get me wrong, I like designer pieces too, however not because I believe they solidify style. I think people are too caught up in labels personally. My philosophy has always been buy what you like, whatever that may be.
Anywoo, I can't get enough of these Alaia shoes. I've been wearing them non-stop since I purchased them from The Outnet. On top of being beautiful they're soooooo comfortable. And not to brag but my makeup is flawless...that's because I didn't do it!!! Now I gotta step my makeup game up...I can't go back to my weak makeup skills after this hahaha. Thank God for YouTube...matter of fact...let me get on there now so I can learn the wizardry of making this ordinary face look as good as it did this day.
