Happy Friday!!! I thought I'd focus today's post on layering. One thing I love doing is incorporating warm weather pieces into the cooler months. Mainly because I don't like the cold therefore I spend less money on winter clothes. Winter is like an oxymoron, it's uncomfortably cozy. I never wanna leave the house...I love piling on blankets, laying on the couch with a warm spiked beverage. However let's face it, the show must go on. Which presents the daunting task of figuring out what to wear! But fear not...If your winter wardrobe is giving you the blues, dig into your spring and summer boxes and get the layering. I'm wearing a thrifted skirt over a vintage dress paired with a classic trench. The goal was to layer just enough to keep the chill off outside, but not so much that I'd be hot inside.
I've been wearing these earrings a lot lately. I'm not into big earrings but I love the timeless look of a simple stud. This pair is from Anjolee, what's great about their jewelry is you can customize it! So if you're ready for him to put a ring on it check out their site haha. Or, if you prefer to take baby steps towards that hardware, you might opt for the bangle bracelet or diamond pendants!
So there you have it folks, stretch that wardrobe out as far as you can!!! Make your clothes work for you year round, cause hell we all want to get our moneys worth :) Have a great weekend XOXO
